BTC 2010 Sultanpur writ Decision


LUCKNOW BENCH ORDER ON BTC 2010 SULTANPUR WRIT

High Court Lucknow bench judgement of 9.11.12 regarding the writ filed by Vijay kumar and another from Sultanpur against State of UP thru Prin. Secy. Basic Education and 4 othrs for result declaration of 4th semester of UP BTC 2010. A notice is dispensed to opposite party no. 3 to take actions within seven days from the date of presentation of certified copy of the order.

Notice on behalf of opposite parties no. 1, 2 and 4 has been accepted by learned Chief Standing Counsel and Shri J.B.S. Rathour, learned counsel has accepted notice on behalf of opposite party no. 5.� 
In view of the order proposed, issuance of notice to opposite party no. 3 is hereby dispensed with. 
The submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that petitioners' fourth semester examination of B.T.C. training course of session 2010 was held on 10th, 11th and 12th October, 2012, but the result of the same has not been declared so far.� Petitioners have requested that� opposite party no. 3 may be directed to declare the result of the petitioners so that they could be able to apply against the advertisement dated 05.10.2012 for appointment on the post of Assistant Teacher in accordance with law. � 
Consequently, opposite party no. 3 is directed to consider the request of the petitioner in accordance with law preferably within seven days from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order passed by this Court. 
With the above direction present writ petition is disposed of.
