BTC 2010 High Court Decision

HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT ALLAHABAD

Case :- CONTEMPT APPLICATION (CIVIL) No. - 5025 of 2012

Petitioner :- Mangal Singh
Respondent :- Kumari Bhawna Shiksharthi, Sec, Pariksha Niyamak Alld.
Petitioner Counsel :- D.P. Rajbhar

Hon'ble Vikram Nath,J.
The applicant had filed the writ petition praying for a direction to the Secretary, Examination Controlling Authority, Alenganj, Allahabad to get the practical examinations of IV Semester conducted and thereafter the results be declared. The writ court disposed of the writ petition with the direction to the Secretary, Examination Controlling Authority to consider the request of the applicant in accordance with law preferably within ten days from the date of production of a certified copy of the order. Pursuant to the order of the writ court the applicant claims to have sent  the representation along with a certified copy of the order to the Secretary, Examination Controlling Authority by registered post on 6.10.2012.

Sri J.K. Khanna, learned standing counsel upon instructions has placed before the court a letter dated 24.9.2012 which provided that the practical examinations be got conducted between 1.10.2012 to 20.10.2012, a tabulation chart be prepared and thereafter results be also declared.

Apparently no order has een passed on the request of the applicant by the Secretary, Examination Controlling Authority. Further apparently the results have not been declared although the practical examinations have already been conducted. Sri Khanna prays for and is allowed a week's time to obtain further instructions.
Put up in the additional cause list on 19.11.2012.
Order Date :- 6.11.2012
